In the following, we inform you in the data protection declaration about the type, scope and purposes of the collection and use of general and personal data. You can access the data protection declaration at any time on our website or receive it printed in the operating rooms. For information about the operator of the websites, please call up the imprint.

Website usage – non-personal data

When you visit our websites, non-personal data is transmitted and logged for statistical purposes and the availability of our online services. No personal data is stored or assigned to persons.

If a data subject wishes to use special services or services from us via the Internet, processing of personal data could become necessary. If the processing of personal data is necessary without a legal basis for the processing, we obtain the consent of the data subject.

Browser

In general, your browser or “client” automatically transmits parameters and arguments called HTTP header fields, which are part of HTTP. When files are accessed, data such as.B URL, date, time, browser, operating system or IP address are transmitted.

HTTP and HTTP header fields have been standardized by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are fundamental to communication between your browser and the server.

Cookies

In connection with the complete use of our website via web forms such as e.B. login, contact form, registration or shopping cart, we use cookies to be able to reassign your browser (system). The HTTP protocol cannot maintain a permanent connection to you and requires this. For this purpose, session cookies with a unique temporary alpha-numeric code are used.

In addition, we use cookies for the purpose of security of our systems. Cookies may also be transmitted to third-party online services. To prevent this, you can exclude this on your browser in the advanced settings, the use of our websites is not restricted.

If you exclude the use of our cookies on our websites via the advanced settings, the full range of functions cannot be guaranteed.

Webanalytics

For our websites we use the program MATOMO for statistical web analysis. Here data is stored as described in the section Browser as well as information provided by the program. Your data remains under our control and will not be transmitted to third parties or outside Germany.

The internal transmission is carried out via secure TLS / SSL connection. The storage and storage of data in the MATOMO program are separate from personal data.

Social Media

Our websites may contain social media links or extensions with which you can share our content with others. For this purpose, data is transmitted to Internet services such as Google, Twitter, Facebook or similar. The use of personal and non-personal data can be viewed at the respective services or Internet portals of the linked services.

Depending on the settings on your browser or whether you maintain a user account with these Internet services and are logged in, data can be linked to your personal data.

You can avoid this by logging out of these services or installing extensions (add-ons) on your browser that block ads and trackers of said Internet services.

Video

Our websites may have embedded videos that are linked to Youtube.com from Google or other video streaming services. When videos are displayed and played, data is transmitted to said services. This may allow a link to personal data, as explained in the “Social Media” section of the second paragraph. Otherwise, non-personal data will be transferred as listed in the “Browser” section, which is outside our access.

Other

For better presentation and usability of the website, we use e.B. technical resources such as script libraries (JavaScript), style sheets (CSS), map services (GoogleMaps, Openstreetmap or similar), recaptcha (control form spam) or character sets (fonts), which can be loaded from external servers or CDN (content delivery network). This may allow a link to personal data, as explained in the “Social Media” section of the second paragraph. Otherwise, non-personal data will be transferred as listed in the “Browser” section, which is outside our access.

Personal data

Personal data will be stored or passed on in accordance with the provisions of the EU GDPR with great care, as limited as possible and only if necessary.

Consent

By transmitting your personal data to us, you agree to the storage and processing by us as well as the transfer (“declaration of release from confidentiality”) to third parties, insofar as this is necessary for the establishment, execution and termination of the contract (treatment / examination).

Third parties are in particular: private clearing houses, clinics used for treatment, laboratories and doctors, credit check services.

The contact options you have transmitted to us (e.B e-mail, telephone, fax) allow us to use them in order to be able to contact you.

Contradiction

You can object to the use, processing and transmission of your personal data at any time by sending an informal message by post or e-mail to the controller noted below.

However, this does not apply to the required data from a contractual relationship with us. Upon receipt of your objection, we will no longer use, process and transmit the data concerned for purposes other than the contractual relationship.

Right

As a user, in accordance with Art. 15 EU GDPR and the Federal Data Protection Act, you have the right to free inspection and information of the data stored about you or your pseudonym as well as their correction, blocking or deletion. At your request, the information can also be provided electronically in a standardized format.

If other legal regulations do not allow deletion, your data will be blocked and made accessible only for this legal purpose.

Data integrity

Data that we store and process is operated according to the current state of technical standards. In particular, we use secure connections (TLS / SSL) to transmit data. As far as technical standards make it possible, we encrypt data cryptographically and protect it from unauthorized access by third parties.
